Q: My Number is out of service due to non payment.

Answer: Add payment or setup auto payment after login and then click on start---> my phone service orders---> details and restore.

Q: What do i do after making the order?

You should check your inbox or connect to live chat on website for express processing.

Q: I like to have features like Mobile App, Web-browser-Phone Calling, Click to Talk, SMS on App, Sms Outbound, Multiple Users Extensions, Voice Transcription, CRM Integration and other PBX Features and possibility of on premises hosting.

Q: I do not need the number anymore, i like to cancel the service.

Answer: Please login to your paypal and cancel the payment plan anytime by clicking on profile settings--->pre approved payment/subscriptions.
